Share information strictly on a need-to-know basis and in line with NDAs, DPAs, and contractual terms.
4 Intellectual Property & Open-Source Use
Respect IP rights—both CodesenSys’s and third parties’.
Use open-source components only in compliance with their licenses and our internal approval process.
5 Compliance with Laws & Regulations
Abide by all applicable local, national, and international laws (e.g., export controls, data-protection rules, anti-money-laundering statutes).
Zero tolerance for bribery, corruption, or facilitation payments.
6 Conflict of Interest
Disclose any personal or financial interests that could impair impartiality.
Refrain from activities that compete with or adversely affect CodesenSys or its clients.

Build and deploy AI/blockchain solutions that prioritize security, fairness, transparency, and user privacy.
Avoid creating or enabling technologies that could cause social harm.
8 Sustainability & Social Responsibility
Strive for environmentally friendly practices in data-center usage, travel, and resource consumption.
Support community initiatives and STEM education whenever feasible.
9 Reporting & Accountability
Promptly report violations or suspected misconduct to ethics@codesensys.com or via the anonymous hotline.
Retaliation against whistleblowers is strictly prohibited; investigations are handled confidentially.
10 Continuous Improvement
Participate in annual ethics training and periodic policy refreshers.
