Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data the site collects and why. The controller is CODESENSYS, Johar Town, Lahore, Pakistan. Contact: hello@codesensys.com.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, work email, company (optional), topic and message. We use them only to reply and to discuss a possible engagement. The legal basis is your request (steps before a contract) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
• Server logs: our host keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and troubleshooting.
• Analytics: our host’s cookieless, aggregate analytics counts page views without cookies or a profile of you. With your consent only, we also use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful: it sets cookies and records pages visited, approximate location and device type. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with “Analytics settings” in the footer.

Processors

Hosting and cookieless analytics: Vercel. Analytics with your consent: Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited for EU and UK visitors, Google LLC elsewhere). Email delivery for the contact form: Resend. Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile, if enabled. If email delivery fails, a copy of your message goes to our internal team chat (Slack) so it is not lost. Each processes data on our behalf under its own data-processing terms.

Retention

Contact-form messages are kept for 24 months after our last exchange, unless they become part of an engagement, in which case the engagement agreement applies.

Cookies

Without your consent the site uses strictly necessary browser storage only (for example, remembering your analytics choice). Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*, kept for up to 2 years) are set only after you click “Allow”. Choosing “Analytics settings” in the footer and then “Decline” deletes them. We use no advertising cookies.

EU and UK visitors

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing, or complain to your data protection authority. Write to hello@codesensys.com; we reply within one month. Data protection contact: Haseeb Ali, Founder.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Requests to know or delete your data go to the same address.
